Only 1 little smudge on the first page and an accidental dog-ear somewhere in the middle of the book. The pages look normal, without stains or underlines. The hardcover is good although there are some unnoticeable marks where you can see it's been worn out a bit. So almost as good as new, excellent second-hand quality.

Didn't respond immediately but that is to be expected. Reached out after 6 days with the message that the package had been sent. Nice of her to give this reminder and confirmation.

It was not packaged in cardboard but in enforced paper. There were some layers of strong paper, which protected the vulnerable sides of the book. The vulnerable sides also had tape on them. A risky strategy, but it worked and the delivery was fast.
